What partners can do here
The portal replaces the spreadsheets and email threads we used to send back and forth every season.
Place restock orders
Build an order against current stock. We confirm within two working days and ship in recycled packaging.
Invoices & paperwork
Download invoices, packing slips and care cards to print and put beside the pieces on your shelf.
Becoming a stockist
We work with around forty independent shops. We keep the list small so each one gets pieces that feel a little different.
1. Say hello
Email trade@pebblecrafts.com with your shop name, a few photos of your space and where you are based.
2. Sample box
We send a small sample box at cost so you can see the stone, the glaze and the weight in person.
3. Portal invitation
Once we agree on terms, your account arrives by email with a one-time link to set a password.
4. First order
Minimum first order is 12 pieces. Reorders have no minimum during the season.
Help
The portal is looked after by the same two people who make the pieces, so please be patient with us on kiln days.
